Should you need new service, we ask that you visit our office at 360 Ring Road in Elizabethtown.  You will need to bring a photo ID and $60.00 for the meter deposit.  There will be an additional $25.00 one time service charge added to you first month's bill.  Please allow two working days to complete you request.

For your convenience, you may submit your requests for EASY PAY, address changes, water conservation information or disconnection of service below.  Please make sure the information you provide is complete.
