Should you need new service and are not currently a customer, we ask that you visit our office at 360 Ring Road in Elizabethtown. If you are able to come into our office, please contact us at 270.737.1056 option 5 or email us at accounts@hardincountywater2.org  We will need a photo ID and a $60.00 deposit or letter of good credit from another utility.  There will be an additional $25.00 one time service charge added to you first month's bill.  Please allow two working days to complete your request.

For your convenience, you may submit your requests for EASY PAY, address changes, water conservation information or disconnection of service below.  Please make sure the information you provide is complete.Customers requesting EASY PAY will be contacted to verify enrollment.
